Our service refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of service. If more than 30 days have passed since your service was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a service refund:

  • The service must not have been fully or correctly delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., canceled tow, incorrect location dispatch).

  • Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable conditions.

Product Return Policy (If Applicable)

Our product return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

Refunds

Sale Items

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and gave it to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
